for their duties and recognizing the role they each play in the big picture (organization). La Inshirãh will

1. Level one- self awareness
Explore and know who you are, exposing both your weaknesses and strengths. Being open to
receive and accept feedback. Building of core values of accountability and integrity.
2. Level Two- acceptance of other ways or views
Recognize that there are different ways of doing things that may give the same overall outcome
or result. Being able to objectively listen and accommodate suggestions from colleagues at all
levels of the organization.
3. Level Three- Choice
Taking responsibility for where you are and for where you want to be or go. Being able to offer
100% commitment to where you are and 100% commitment to where you want to be or go.
4. Level Four- Team
Recognize the need for a team and the role you play for the better outcome of the Team.
Learning to request for support or assistance or both where you have shortcomings. Being able
to offer assistance or support or both where you have strength.
What makes us Unique?
You may have either attended or have been part of a team that requested for a team building activity or
have thought of engaging in team building activities. Kindly ask yourself;
Have you been able to witness a solid team materialized out of this activity when you return to the work
place?
Have you been able to track the results and impact of the team building activities on the overall
performance and collaborations achieved at the work place?
Does your workforce recognize and appreciate the value of the team building activities?
Does your workforce know your organization vision and mission statement, Do they consider them valid
and worth working for?
We are not disputing the tremendous value and benefits of the team building activities and programs.
We are however aware that these values and benefits will go unnoticed, unpracticed and unappreciated
by individuals who in the first place are so removed and disconnected from your vision and mission
except for the end month pay, where their interest finally merges with your cost.
Here is where we come in, to leave you with a solid workforce ready and eager to embrace your goals,
to enable you to finally deliver to your clients you mission statement with a 100% confidence, to
empower those not aligned to your goals to take responsibility for their departure and allow you room
to recruit or scrap their positions (very possible if you have a dedicated team)
You are now thinking of costs, right? How will engagement in our program translate to saving costs for
your organization in the short term and long term, right again? The costs of carrying redundant
employees is unrecoverable; the time wasted in micro management of a workforce to get any minimal
result is very costly and unrecoverable, the lack of team work results in disorganization which will reflect
on your output and will not go unnoticed by you clients resulting in loss of sales and negative public
relations, this too is unrecoverable!
What makes us so sure we can deliver seeing the complexity of the issue at hand? This will be a journey
for you and your workforce. Through the series of day workshops four in a year there will be
assignments that will aid to reinforce the topics of the workshop and ensure continuity of the learning
experience and application of the lessons at the workplace. The visionary will have the chance to
participate and encounter their mission through the joint cooperation of the team.
We will walk hand in hand with you every step of the way, facilitating and holding the space.
Management Team:
Eunice Obenjo
Why am I doing this? I am an accountant -CPA(K) by profession. Subsequent to ten years of employment
working in top management, I became concerned witnessing my colleagues and observing in myself the
disconnection from work and consequently the under performance of the organization and the
dissatisfaction from work experienced by the teams. This distorted reporting to work on a daily basis to a
dreary task that was at the same time a necessity that seemed to imprison us and exclude us from living
life; Resulting in the erosion of core values that is fundamental to cohesion and peak performance.
I managed to change this around for myself due to participating in life coaching and personal
development programs. I have learned that it is possible by deliberate planning to co-create an
environment that supports and natures the overall fulfillment of the organization’s mission as well as that
of the individuals that make up the organization to transform the organization to peak performance in all
areas.
Wairimu Kang’ethe
Working in the media industry ensures that one works as part of a team, and having worked for more
than ten years I have been constantly reminded of the importance of team work in every project I have
undertaken as a Producer for documentaries and TV shows. Over time I have observed that as much as
communication is key, when working as a team many –including myself – have trouble communicating
effectively and this has contributed to underperformance of tasks and roles assigned on a project.
I made the choice to improve this through a series of life coaching and self development programs
through which I have learnt the value of making conscious choices to be part of a whole and taking
responsibility for that choice. I am sharing the knowledge and tools I have learnt with others so that they
too can make conscious choices and decisions that affect them and others especially in the work place
where they spend a big portion of their time working with others to achieve a common goal.
