pleasure of teaching her in the maternity and neurological nursing courses at
Bucks County Community College both in the classroom and clinical
setting.
Recently Erica was described to me as a “crackerjack” by a nurse she was
working with, meaning someone who is very motivated, knowledgeable, and
enthusiastic. I would agree with this. She has a pleasant personality and
relates well to hospital staff, her patients and peers. Erica is organized, able
to follow directions and meets the challenges given to her. She effectively
applies classroominformation to the clinical setting which results in
competent, therapeutic care for her patients.
