 Securities Finance point person and subject matter expert for the trading team, hedge fund account managers, prime brokerage
operations, securities finance operations and product development teams for all middle office functions.
 Advise the Securities Finance product and technology teams in the design, test, and implementation of new automation projects.
 Train and oversee the on-shore and off-shore Securities Lending Middle office team members.
 Manage Fully Paid, a product offered to clients to earn incremental income on their long positions through the stock loan market, from
a middle office perspective.
 Responsible for appropriately posting the following fees and rebates to our hedge fund client accounts.
o Access fees paid to Fidelity for clients that reserve located shares to short at a future date.
o Short sale fees and rebates that depend upon the rate associated with the short position.
o Credit interest and margin interest that depend upon the cash balance of the account.
o Fully paid interest credited to client accounts that loaned shares to Fidelity.

 Liaise with custodians, third party agent lenders and brokers to agree and settle monthly charges for all stock loan positions – often
exercising analytical and problem solving skills to resolve complicated securities finance differences.
 Manage and adjust borrow and loan rates – some that fluctuate with benchmarks such as the federal funds open rate.
 Monitor corporate action items for any positions loaned to hedge funds through Arranged Financing or borrowed from Fully Paid
clients over record date. For example, this can include stock splits, dividends, name changes and other events.
 Support Arranged Finance, a Prime Brokerage product used to enhance leverage while reducing capital usage.
 Help to identify our settlement date position by analyzing our current position, unsettled trades, shares on loan, shares on recall as well
as internal supply. This helps foresee and prevent potential settlement issues.

 Managed eight term accounts with balances exceeding $3.5B, and insured broker dealers maintained their required balance.
