Foshan Fourtreen Green Technology Company Limited is a hi-tech company
committed to thermal energy saving technology research and development. Since
established in 2011, the company has successfully developed series of thermal
energy saving technologies with independent intellectual property rights, including
HPR, WSR, SMC and HEF technologies, which are well recognized and appreciated by

高效热能回收稳压技术 HPR 废热蒸汽纯化增压技术 WSR
通过生蒸汽做功推动设备运转将二次蒸汽进行压缩升温,达到热量循环利用的节能目的。
废热蒸汽里往往含有空气、液滴等杂质,难以直接回收利用。通过废热
蒸汽纯化增压技术(WSR)可去除废热蒸汽当中的冷凝液和不可凝气体
等杂质,产生洁净蒸汽后,再压缩、升温回收利用。
Thermal energy saving from heat recycling is realized by compressing and heating waste steam
by fresh steam powered equipment.
Waste steam usually contains impurities like air, materials’ components,
liquid drop, etc. which makes it difficult for direct recycling. WSR technology
can eliminate all the impurities leaving only pure steam for recycling back to
the working system.

energy saving over 30% and up to 60%.
Stable & reliable:
automatic regulating and adaptable to different working situation.
Intelligent control:
automatic tracking of output steam pressure and timely feedback compensation to maintain
stable output pressure.
Purify the waste steam
Eliminate the impurities in waste steam through the unique metallic film
hot – splitting method to generate pure steam.
Raise the recycle steam grade
Upgrade the pure steam through proprietary vapor compressor
technology so that the upgraded pure steam can be used in working
process.
High recycle efficiency
Recycle 90% above thermal energy in waste steam.

喷雾传质冷凝技术 SMC 新型换热器 HEX
膜管式换热器从结构上打破了传统换热器的局限,有效解决了废气热回
收过程粉尘、油污堵塞影响换热效果问题 , 适用于锅炉省煤器、锅炉空
气预热器以及含杂质的废气热回收等各种应用。
喷雾传质冷凝器(SMC)集传热、传质效果于一体,水与空气的传热、
传质过程同时进行,相互促进,实现高效的热传递,冷凝速度迅速,
可形成很高的真空。
HEF’s structure design has broken the limitations of traditional heat
exchanger and effectively solved the efficiency problem caused by dust,
oil contamination, etc. during the heat recycling. HEF is suitable for many
applications including boiler fuel economizer, air preheater and other heat
exchange application for exhaust heat air/steam.
SMC combines heat and mass transfer together to simultaneously handle
the heat and mass transfer of air and water, which can achieve highly
efficient heat transfer, fast condensation, forming high vacuum.

Atomized water can take away the heat from secondary steam quickly.
Low consumption of water
Water is atomized during the mass transfer, this will cut off 70% consumption of water.
Compact structure, smaller floor space, lower investment
SMC can completely replace traditional evaporation & condensation system, do not need other
supporting equipment like heat exchanger, cooling tower and circulating water pump.
Energy saving
SMC can form high vacuum, saving 30% power energy compared to traditional condensing
system.
Multi-channel structure
This structure is very efficient by increasing the turbulence intensity when the exhaust air flowing through the
exchanger surface. It can reduce the contamination deposit and improve the heat transfer factor.
Ladder structure of heat exchange tubes
Ladder structure will make the structure of exchanger more compact, with smaller installation space needed.
Exhaust gas flow against the heated fluid
This flow direction design will effectively increase the heat exchange efficiency.
Online clean
The built-in cleaning device can keep good heat transfer performance. The steam, compressed air, effluent of boiler all can be used as cleaning media.

冷凝过程水传质汽化,比传统的循环水冷凝方式耗水量少 70%。
3、结构紧凑、占地小、投资小
可完全代替蒸发冷凝系统,不需要冷凝换热器、凉水塔、冷却水池及循环水泵。
4、高效节能
SMC 可实现很高的真空度,较传统冷凝系统节电 30% 以上。

换热面采用多通道结构,提升了烟气流经换热面的湍流强度,避免烟气中粉尘在受热面的沉积,并大
大提高烟气侧的对流换热系数。
2、换热管梯形结构
换热管之间采用梯形结构,换热器整体结构紧凑,节省安装空间。
3、废气同被加热流体逆流
在热回收过程,废烟气同被加热流体相对逆向,平均传热温差大,换热效率高。
4、在线清灰
换热器内部设置有在线清灰装置,能够保持受热面良好的传热效果,蒸汽、压缩空气、锅炉排污水等
均可作为清灰介质。

随着技术的不断进步,生物质燃烧机在燃烧方式和效率方面目前都有了质的突
破: 生物质燃料以切线方向进入燃烧机内,并维持旋转的状态燃烧,产生高温
火焰和烟气。

由热管组成的热管换热器具有传热效率高、机构紧凑、流体阻力小等优点,目前已广泛应用于冶金、化工、食品、制药、锅炉、陶瓷、
印染等行业,作为余热、废热回收和工艺过程中热能利用的常规节能设备,取得了显着的经济效益。
螺旋板换热器本身螺旋、逆向的换热原理及设计特点,使其具备了传热系数高、不易结垢和堵塞、能利用温度较低的热源、机构
紧凑等优点,特别适合处理悬浮液及粘度较大的介质。
With the technology improvement, biomass burning technology (BBT) has achieved
a qualitative leap in burning method and efficiency: the biomass fuel enter into
the burner with a tangent direction, and maintain rotating state during burning,
producing very high temperature flame and smoke.
Composed of thermotube, HET has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure and small fluid resistance. HET has
been widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, ceramics industry, printing and dyeing industry,
boiler system, etc, with proved energy saving benefits.
The design of HES makes it have unique advantages including high heat exchange factor, not easy to form scale and deposit, compact
structure, and is able to utilize the heat source with low temperature. It’s particularly suitable for handling suspension liquid and high
viscosity medium.

Waste steam usually contains impurities like air, materials’ components, liquid drop, etc. which makes it difficult for direct recycling. WSR technology can eliminate all the impurities leaving only pure steam for recycling back to the working system. Highly efficient: energy saving over 30% and up to 60%. Stable & reliable: automatic regulating and adaptable to different working situation. Intelligent control: automatic tracking of output steam pressure and timely feedback compensation to maintain stable output pressure. Purify the waste steam Eliminate the impurities in waste steam through the unique metallic film hot – splitting method to generate pure steam. Raise the recycle steam grade Upgrade the pure steam through proprietary vapor compressor technology so that the upgraded pure steam can be used in working process. HEF is suitable for many applications including boiler fuel economizer, air preheater and other heat exchange application for exhaust heat air/steam. SMC combines heat and mass transfer together to simultaneously handle the heat and mass transfer of air and water, which can achieve highly efficient heat transfer, fast condensation, forming high vacuum. Efficient heat and mass transfer Atomized water can take away the heat from secondary steam quickly. Low consumption of water Water is atomized during the mass transfer, this will cut off 70% consumption of water. Compact structure, smaller floor space, lower investment SMC can completely replace traditional evaporation & condensation system, do not need other supporting equipment like heat exchanger, cooling tower and circulating water pump. Energy saving SMC can form high vacuum, saving 30% power energy compared to traditional condensing system. Multi-channel structure This structure is very efficient by increasing the turbulence intensity when the exhaust air flowing through the exchanger surface. It can reduce the contamination deposit and improve the heat transfer factor. Ladder structure of heat exchange tubes Ladder structure will make the structure of exchanger more compact, with smaller installation space needed. Exhaust gas flow against the heated fluid This flow direction design will effectively increase the heat exchange efficiency. Online clean The built-in cleaning device can keep good heat transfer performance. Composed of thermotube, HET has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure and small fluid resistance. HET has been widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, ceramics industry, printing and dyeing industry, boiler system, etc, with proved energy saving benefits. The design of HES makes it have unique advantages including high heat exchange factor, not easy to form scale and deposit, compact structure, and is able to utilize the heat source with low temperature.
