  1. Our clients have a mistrust of government and authority figures and don’t realize that they have a say in their healthcare decisions. Talk about client that came to us because they wanted to go back to Iraq because their child had cancer and did not know how to deal. Did not understand how to talk to doctors. Caseworker linked them to coverage and then they were able to get services also the case worker coached them in how to talk to their provider.
