September 2012 –2013 April(10months)
1-site engineer in the Alsmood bridge, I am worked responsiblefor the
compaction of soils in the Approaches of this bridge.
2-examine every layers of the approaches by sand cone test and make sureevery
layer has a acceptable compaction ratio according to the standards in the projects
tender.
3-installation of steel girders that held in the mid of this bridge,a curved girders in
order when the load come then make it on level and these girders stand on plastic
pads to let it expansion through summer.
4-precastconcrete: on the sides of the bridge a precast concrete was held in
these sides to supportthe sub base compaction.
5-test the concrete truck before begin the casting process by slump test and
examination of water quantity inside it.
6--Supervision and implementation of the foundations (pillars caps) with
calculating the limit of blows of pillars by using level and according to the
standards thatgiven in the projectplan.

1-using AutoCAD for extract and determines all dimensions of these buildings
2-using total station +theodolite +level in any construction activity to make it on
standards thatgiven in the tender and the drawings.
3-directsupervision on any equipment’s that works insidethe site: shovel, grader,
compaction machines.
4-supervision on the works of the steel bars reinforcing specialin this projectwe
used a 25 mm bars with a big quantity to cover a 600 cubic meters and makesure
these bars are placed correct place.
5-calculating the required steel bars and concrete in any construction part.
6-takea sampleof cubic of concrete to examination og 7 age and 28 age.
7-treatment of the concrete after each casting process by water or any chemical.
