year’s holidays.
In addition, parents will periodically be notified before the

comments pertaining to their child or specific availability for

29. Pay for actively enrolled children using Parent for a fair billing policy.
• If all children become inactive, charges will be for a minimum of 10
children, unless the account is closed.
• Any changes to the number of active children will be reflected in the
monthly statement.
Add new children
If you add new children partway through the billing cycle, we’ll only
charge you the time used. We’ll keep track of this for you, and bill you
at the end of each month.
Pay Annually
The prorated cost is calculated for the rest of the year, and you get
billed at the end of the month for any new additions.
