Description:
Program focused on the implementation of negotiation strategies and effective communication.
Understanding the concepts of communication, perception, cognition, and emotion; and the
correlation between them. At the end of this program, you’ll be able to use the necessary
principles of effective communication to achieve the best agreements in your negotiations,
encouraging solid networking and relationship among your peers. This is intended to individuals
who are high leveled executives with some type of mastery in English. The main challenges of
this program are the emotions of each one of you which it can be contagious, information biases
and perception, and the impact of anchoring in communication.
Program Duration:
August 30th – September 30th
Topic list:
The Role of Emotions in Negotiation (objective: Understanding how emotions work in a
negotiation, what are the pros and cons)
Communication in Negotiation (objective: Communicating efficiently and effectively in
a negotiation, what to do and what not to do when interacting with other
negotiators)
Networking (objective: Weekly meetings with other companies through zoom,
conducting a series of dynamic activities so relationships are created)
Reason or Emotion (objective: understanding the difference between reason and
emotions and how to balance them)
2. Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness, Self-Control, and Social Management (objective:
series of activities where each individual works in each field with groups)
Specific Needs of the Language:
TOFEL with a minimum score of a 37
University Diploma
Certification in mixed languages (especially English)
Specific Needs of Time:
Meetings every Wednesday and Fridays
Will need availability of the participants in the time frame of 8:00 am – 11:00 am
When participating in meetings, dress code: business casual
Dynamic of the Program:
Weekly sign-up meetings
Bonus meetings in the weekends with people around the world
Workshop on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
