COUNTRY
 Pakistan is still under develop after the creation of its 73 years because of many
reasons, some important of them are as follows:
1. Injustice
2. Lack of education
3. Improper utilization of resources
4. Unemployment
5. Lack of Leadership
 Injustice is a violation of a person’s right.
 Injustice is like a cancer if it is not treated it kills the human spirit.
 Justice in Pakistan is only for those who have the approach and power over the
LAW.
 The system of providing justice in Pakistan is very poor, slow and require a lot of
efforts to remove these drawbacks.
 Government has non serious attitude towards education.
 According to the budget planning of the upcoming year, the Pakistani government
has allocated a fund of Rs. 28 Billion for the education sector.
 There are three types of education systems in Pakistan that are private,
Government and madrassah.
 There is lot of difference between these system, in their syllabus and
environment.
 There is lack of awareness among the people about the importance of education.
 Poverty is also cause of education because the people cant bear the expense of the
quality education.
 Natural Resources are very important for the development and prosperity of a
country.
 The progress of a country totally depends upon the utilization of the available
resources, but not so in PAKISTAN.
 The current natural resources are going to be end due to the mis-used of these
resources,
 Pakistan have no such advance technologies to discover these natural resources.
 Due to lack of capital and limited size of the market and sluggish nature of the
people
 Un-employment Its the major factor that distract the development of Pakistan In
Pakistan the rate of un-employment is 5.6% due to less opportunity and no
investment because of political instability.
 Due to un-employment rate of crime also increases, person who have no job they
start doing robbing, snatching, kidnapping, etc.
 Due to un-employment rate of suicides also increases, because they are
demotivated by the surroundings and they lose the hope of living. So that’s why
they took this swear step.
 “No person can be a great leader unless he takes genuine joy in the successes of
those under him” We had a only one Great leader Muhammad Ali Jinnah
 Pakistan Nation deeply need Strong, Energetic and Motivating Leader ship. “Set
Your Goals High and don’t stop Till you get there”
 Now a days Pakistan is facing many problems financially, economically and many
others because Pakistan is a developing country. There are many sections where
there is a need of improvement. Pakistani nation want to see Pakistan a
developed country because there is a hope in our minds that one day Pakistan will
be a developed country in future. So we have discussed the factors in our report
that can transform Pakistan form developing country to developed country.
 Here we discuss some important sectors that we have needed to improve

 The basic objective economic planning is the provision of opportunities for the
people to enable them to liv a contented and prosperous life.
 It increases the national income. However, it is only possible when national
income more than the growth rate of growth of population
 Agriculture has special importance in the economy of Pakistan. The development
of agriculture sector of Pakistan is continues. The big industry of Pakistan i.e;
Textile, rice, sugar, flour, ghee, and edible oils depends upon agriculture sector.
 CASH CROPS:
 The cash crops are cotton, sugarcane, rice, and tobacco etc. They are valuable for
our country.
 Major portion of foreign exchange is earned from their export.
 They are also an important industrial raw material.
 NATIONAL INCOME:
 In agricultural sector the government provides loans farmers on easy term so that
the maximum number of people may get employment and migration from villages
to cities may remain low.
 USE OF BETTER SEEDS:
 The important factor of the progress of the agricultures is the
use of better seeds.
 It has increased the per acre yield of different crops.
 USE OF ADVANCE MACHINERY
 Use of advanced machinery will save the time and the product yield of food. It will
be helpful for low level formers.
 DISEASE OF CROPS
 The climate of Pakistan is helpful for the growth of pets and insects.
 Pakistan imports pesticides for their control so that the increase in the produce of
agriculture may be ensured by killing the insects.
 WATER LOGGING AND SALINITY

 Industry provides more jobs in a small area. It fulfils our need by producing for
marketing.
 SMALL SCALE INDUSTRY
 Small scale industry is that one which employs two to workers to produce many
products like carpets, pottery, sports and electric motor industry etc.
 HEAVY INDUSTRY
 Large scale industry is called heavy industry. Like petroleum products, cements,
motor-cars, and tube industry.
 Heavy industry is very rare in Pakistan. So it’s the need of the hour to build
industries to progress.
 DEFENSE INDUSTRY
 Ordinary and allied products producing industry is called defense industry.
 Taxila engineering works manufacture missiles whereas kahota laborites our
nuclear program.
Natural resources Pakistan is a vast country. ALLAH gave us all types of
resources. The national resources are present in the shape of manpower, rivers,
mountains, sea, deserts, Gold, Gypsum, minerals and livestock etc.
Our country is rich in natural resources. Natural resources are very important for
development and prosperity of a country.
The population of Pakistan is growing rapidly, and the people are participating in
development of the country it is required that we should exploit the natural and
human resources fully so that Pakistan may play an important role in every field
of life and economy.
Health is a blessing of Holy ALLAH.
A person cannot enjoy life without it. It is famous saying that heath physique has a
health mind. The life expectancy of Pakistan is lower then that of the developed
countries.
Government should take many steps under health for all mission.
Establishment of maternity centers.
Establishment of health centers in far flung areas.
Join efforts of NGOs and public sector to ensure the availability of medical
facilities.
Launching of programs with the help of agencies of UNO and other international
organization for the prevention of small pox, malaria, TB, aids, and others.
Policies for better public health at local and central levels.
Various project of sewerage, availability of drinking water, prevention of pollution
and availability of medicine at controlled prices.
No doubt, the government is keen to improve the public health but many steps are
still required to be taken.
 Education, sociality and economic development are mutually inter-related. The
investment in education is very important for the progress of economy.
 The experience of developed countries shows that the increase in national income
depends upon the promotion of education.
 PROBLEMS IN WAY OF EDUCATION
The major problems are;
 COST OF EDUCATION:
The economic cost is higher in private schools.
These are located in richer settlements only.
The paradox is that private schools are better.
 FUNDS FOR EDUCATION
Pakistan spends 2.4% GDP(gross domestic products) on education.
 At national level, 89% education payments comprises of current costs such as
teachers’ salaries, while only 11% comprises of development payments which is
not sufficient to raise quality of education.
 TECHNICAL EDUCATION
 Enough attention has not been paid to the technical and professional education in
Pakistan.
 The number of technical and professional training institutes is not enough.
 Unskilled population means more jobless people in the country, which affects the
national development negatively
 Since education is a local subject, the local education secretariats need to be
strengthened.
 Help of public and private sector.
 Free and compulsory education up to primary level.
 Free supply of textbooks at primary, middle and high school levels.
 Improvement of the higher education for the progress of society, economy and
industry.
 Special attention for the education of females.
 Scholarships for the primary education of boys and girls.
 Efforts for gender equality in education special attention for the institution of woman.
 Formation of new universities in public and private sector.
 Special attention for the institutions of women.
 Technical education should be made a part of secondary education. Classes for
carpentry, electrical, and other technical education must be included in the
curriculum.
 Energy is the most important source for economic growth of a country.
 Unfortunately Pakistan has to face a major energy crisis in Natural gas, Power
and Oil.
 Pakistan energy sector comprises of major sources with share of 50%of gas,
followed by oil 29%, hydro-electricity 11%, and coal 8%.
 Pakistan has a huge demand to generate power through oil but we can meet only
20% of our requirement through original production and rest of oil is imported
from other countries.
SOLUTION
Replacing Thermal fuel
 Our reliance on thermal power is almost 53% which is the biggest cost on our
imports bill.
 We can change the fuel used to gain thermal power.
 According to one estimate the loss is over Rs. 200 billion per annum. Collectively
by all the government departments the most prominent corrupte department
amongst them are:
Power sector
Tax and custom
Police and Law enforcement
Judiciary
Health and Education
Land Administration highlights
 Corruption can be curbed or limited through the presence of a monitor or a
monitoring process.
 Accountability from the top is started.
 A national anti-corruption commission is set up as an independent department.
 Ensure time bound actions in offices.
 Require public officials to declare their assets.
 Community participation especially of students is ensured.
 The problem of corruption is quite severe at the lower judiciary.
 ROLE OF CPEC IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PAKISTAN:
 The CPEC is an ongoing development mega project which aims to connect Gwadar
Port to Pakistan to China’s northwestern region of Xinjiang via network of
highways, railways, and pipelines.
 MAIN COMPONENTS OF CORRIDOR:
 Gwadar ( including port and city and Gwadar region socio-economic development)
 Energy (Coal, Hydel, Wind, Solar, Transmission)
 Transport Infrastructure (Road, Rail, Aviation)
 Investment & Industrial Cooperation (Gwadar Free Zone and other industrial
parks to be finalization.
 BENEFITS OF CPEC:
Pakistan’s Expected Gains:
 CPEC has opened vista of great opportunities for Pakistan and will greatly help
in overcoming poverty, unemployment.
 It helps Pakistan in becoming the next Asian tiger.
 Corresponding progress and prosperity in Pakistan and China’s patronage will
help Pakistan in removing of the decade old labels of;
 Epicenter of terrorism
 Most dangerous country
 Falling states
 Diverse investment opportunities:
 Tourism • Industrial Cooperation
 Financial Cooperation • Agricultural Cooperation
 Educational linkage • Human resource development
 Health Care • People to people contact
 We conclude that we should have to eliminate corruption from our daily life.
 We should have to promote education to make Pakistan a developed country.
 We should have to reduce unemployment and give jobs to able persons on merit.
We should have to modify our health, Agriculture and trade sectors.
 We should have to utilize our natural resources to overcome our energy crises.
 We should have to obey laws of Islam and Government, after that we will able to
change Pakistan from developing country to a developed country.
 First of all we recommend that if we want to see Pakistan a developed country in true
words then we should have to complete grip on Islam because Pakistan was found in
the name of Islam.
 We have to groom our own personality and thinking individually.
 We should have to use our resources and natural minerals by using advance research,
technology and better machinery.
 We have to introduce anti-corruption authorities to eliminate corruption.
 We have to modernize our education by introducing advance languages and we have
also provided opportunities to fresh pass out teachers because they have fresh
knowledge.
 We have to modernize our health sector by introducing modern equipment and
modern medicines. We have to build hospitals in backward areas and have need to
provide better facilities to them.
 We have to modernize our agriculture sector by using advance machinery, agriculture
tools and modern seeds.
