BMI – BODY MASS INDEX
•BODY MASS INDEX – it is a test that determines
your body’s classification.
•Weight- this refers to the heaviness and the
lightness of a person.
•Height- the distance between the feet on the
floor to the top of the head in standing position.

•Ana is a volleyball player. In order for
her to play in Unit Meet Tournament,

own BMI. What is her BMI if she
weighs 45kg and her height is 1.56.?
