To whom it may concern,
I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Earle on a brief that required 3D modelling, rigging and ani-
mation for the New Zealand Horse of the Year 2014 broadcast while working for Volt TV Productions. The
broadcast was produced live by Volt TV Productions, and aired live on the internet with a post show on SKY
Television NZ, as well as broadcasted in Europe on various channels.
Elizabeth conducted herself very professionally. She has a bright and bubbly personality that lights up the
room whenever she is around and holds herself with a professional standard while communicating between
herself and the client. She followed the briefing with an eye for detail, was very confident in her animation
abilities and delivered proxys and rushes of the animation sequences on time.
Elizabeth’s animation work was extremely fluid based off the references that she used and her project files,
modelled using Autodesk Maya, were tidy and easy for the other animators to dig through.
To her credit, she completed the three scenes whilst still attending full time study at Media Design School and
still delivered the final project at a completed, professional state.
I would not hesitate again to use Elizabeth’s abilities in the future. Her animation and rigging skills are superb
and she would make a great fit into any animation post house or pipeline.
