4. • Costa Rica has both sectors developed, public and private, the public one doesnt give a
variety of services but at leasr covers the necessary treatments. In the other hand private
sector offers a variety of treatments and costs.
• Chinas oral health private sector is starting to develop.

5. LOS CUADROS AND CHINA SYSTEM
• Because of the political system of China, it is supossed to have equality of Access to different services of oral
health to the hole population.
• Los Cuadros is a marginal community in Costa Rica that is populated by poor and extremely poor people, in that
case it would mean that they would be able to Access to dental services.
• In another hand that would mean a total different political system would be apply at Costa Rica.
• I truly believe in the opportunity that Costa Rica has with a public health system.
• With our national system, kids and elderly are covered, most of the workers are covered (except from the
avoiders bosses) and family.

6. PROMOTION AND PREVENTION IN ORAL HEALTH
• Costa Rica is barely working in this sector, as China.
• Its always important to remember that is the base of oral health succesful.
