QuickStick® 100 Motor

• QuickStick systems consist of modules that include motors, magnet arrays, controllers, and power supplies.
• QS 100 motors contain integral motor controllers and position sensing.
• Magnet arrays used on the vehicles are 150 mm L (min).
• Up to five (5) vehicles in motion or in queue per meter (150 mm magnet array length).
• Servo repeatability to ±1 mm†.
• T-Slot accommodates Bosch 10 mm T-Slot hardware (e.g., M8 x 1.25, 10 mm T-Block & Spring) for motor mounting.
• Designed for IEC 60529 IP54.
