 Managed large Claims project based on SAP-Insurance that migrated a proprietary 20 years old
system containing more than 2,000,000 claims. The system serves more than 300 claims users

 Negotiated SAP license price with SAP Israel.
 Managed large SAP CRM project that serves 600 concurrent users. The project also migrated to
CRM7, the newest SAP CRM version.
 Managed a SAP ERP large project that included SAP FI, MM, CO, SRM modules.
 Managed Clal's large documents management system, based on Filenet system.

Ness Technologies is a leading software integration house. During the period I was there it also
managed the formal sole SAP licenses subsidiary in Israel.
SAP Telecom, Services and manufacturing department manager
 Managed SAP Projects (both fix price and Time & Materials) in Telecom companies (Bezeq, Cellcom,
Yes), manufacturing companies (IAI, Brom, Tempo, Strauss/Elite) and retail companies (Supersol,
Shastovitc).
 Assisted negotiations of SAP licenses to salespersons of the above customers.

2002 – 2003 Partner Telecom Ltd. Tel Aviv, Israel
Partner is the second largest cellular service provider in Israel with over 1.8 million customers.
Billing Department manager
 Managed a migration project of the billing system from BSCS 5.1 (ShlumbergerSema’s billing system,
formally known as LHS) to BSCS 7. The migration consisted of migrating BSCS kernel, 3

applications and a CRM system (Vantive). The project took 8 months, consisted of a team of over 80
professionals in the Billing Department, over 15 QA professionals and over 40 infrastructure and CRM
professionals. The project ended within it’s original timeframe plan (3 weeks ahead of original
schedule), and within it’s original budget.
1999 – 2001 Ofek New World Tel Aviv, Israel
Ofek New World was an emerging service provider in the Israeli lately opened telecommunication
market. The company was about to provide voice and data/ASP services on an IP/LMDS platform,
country wide.

and implementation planning. Direct responsibility for a comprehensive IT implementation plan over

company is one of three that were built in 1997 when the international telecom eas opened in
Israel.
 Managed a Professional team of 25 engineers that implemented Saville billing system integrated with
Vantive CRM system for an International telecommunication service provider.
 Managed the development, integration tests and implementation of dozens of marketing campaigns,
that contained new features, into the Billing and CRM systems.
 Managed the conversion of a voice oriented Billing and CRM systems into a convergent voice-data-
ISP system.
 Managed one of three departments that constructed the IT division during the start up phase of a
telecommunication service provider build up.
