EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Overview
Smart tracking & lead distribution marketing automation software for media buyers, affiliates and small/medium (SM)
online businesses.
Aiming to simplify marketing funnels conversion rate optimization (CRO) for non-professionals with the use of
pre-made marketing funnels and machine learning (ML), and provide a 1-stop-shop CRO platform for professional
media buyers and affiliates.
The Problem
Online marketers, affiliates and SM online businesses are earning a lot less than they could, sometime even lose
money for those 3 main reasons:
1. Not using marketing automation due to lack of resources and/or knowledge, which in turn leads to more
work on the marketing campaigns, lower conversion rates (CR) and slower progress, if any.
2. Navigate a number of different softwares and integrate them so they can track, distribute, optimize and
follow up online visitors. Onboarding the platforms and maintaining them can be a hard and resource
consuming task, which discourages them from doing it at times.
3. Entry level knowledge needed to become profitable online is increasing, making it hard for non-professionals
and beginners to start a profitable online business.
The Solution
A 1-stop-shop tracking and lead distribution marketing automation software. Connecting the traffic source to the
brand, tracking the entire flow of the user and follow-up with advanced and automatic built in tools helping the
company cut costs and time, and focus on growth.
The process is divided to 3 phases:
Phase A: Lead Distribution -
Launched earlier this month (August 2022), the software enables lead generating affiliates and media buyers to
manage their lead distribution with advanced lead management tools, track sales status and conversions, easily
connect and build landing pages and more. Suitable for small companies.
Phase B: Tracking and Lead Distribution Marketing Funnels -
The software will enable teams of media buyers and online businesses to work with traffic distribution along with
leads, have professional reports and attribution, use premade marketing funnels and more. Suitable for small and
medium size companies.
Phase C: Smart distribution with Machine Learning -
Build smart funnel and traffic distribution to drive automatic CRO growth using machine learning.

Highlights
TrafficBee is a product of Traffic Bandits LTD, a profit driven company aiming to grow profits and revenues, and not
just growth metrics. We have a 14 days free trial and start charging the user a monthly fee after the free trial ends.
This investment will allow us to start sales & marketing, fueling the growth of paid users at a rate where in just a few
months, TrafficBee will become ROI positive.
Our strength as a company
● A founders team with years of professional experience in online marketing and affiliate marketing, leading
international teams of professionals and navigating, implementing and working on numerous marketing
softwares over the years.
● 2+ years of working together as a performance marketing company. We have a stable company structure with
proven crisis management abilities.
● Our product was first developed as an inhouse platform to accommodate our professional media buying
team, from the ground up.
The market opportunity
Latest Covid pandemic has created an exceptional growth online. More and more businesses are starting to sell
online, and more people are looking to work from home and turning their attention to the online industry.
Machine learning capabilities have also matured, making it easier to employ ML professionals and automate
softwares and processes better than ever before.
Keys to Success
For TrafficBee to succeed and become a market leader, we need to following;
● Huge and growing target market - The online marketing industry is an ever growing market, with ad spend of
more than $700B predicted to 2026!
● A strong and sustainable marketing & sales plan - that includes;
o Performance - to fuel growth in a more aggressive and short term thinking. We use performance
marketing to immediately appear everywhere our potential customer is, with a tested set of
messages, affected by the traffic source, period in time, user intention etc
o Organic - SEO and content marketing. If done right, highly profitable and sustainable. Can reach
millions of potential customers with a fraction of the performance marketing budget over time.
o Branding - Spread the brand’s name and connect the user to the brand so that every time they hear,
see or talk about the brand, they will know what we do and have positive feedback.
o Follow Ups - Return churn users, upgrade existing users and recruit leads that are not yet registered.
Very important in increasing profits and maintaining contact with customers.
o Sales & Business Development - A strong B2B sales team that will onboard large teams and
companies, and find profitable collaborations to drive more users and upgrade existing users.
● A strong dev and UX team that knows the industry’s ins and outs, figure out the features best for our
customers, and build it in a user centric way, to build the best product the market has seen.

● Resources to deploy the marketing and product development strategy. The next financial round is used for
growth purposes. Funds will be distributed to grow a paid customer base while developing the next stages of
the product.
● Product timeline is as follows:
o Phase A - Lead distribution: is launched in Beta mode and we start acquiring customers, while
perfecting the UI and feature list.
o Phase B: Tracking and Lead Distribution Marketing Funnels: estimated to launch in Feb 2023
o Phase C: Smart distribution with Machine Learning: has no launch date yet, but depending on the
data gathered, should start by the end of 2023
Financial Highlights
TrafficBee pivoted to a product company from an affiliate marketing company, after we recognized the market gap.
We had a good 2 year run as affiliate marketing company with up to €130,000 revenue per month, and built an
international team of up to 10 full time employees and the products MVP.
We request a $2 million investment.
Pre Seed Investment
In July 2020, we received a $150,000 pre seed round from an american real estate investments fund by the name of
Vision & Beyond Capital.
The fund is led by amazing people, all veteran combat officers of the IDF. Their board member representative, Elior
Dor, is also the CEO of a non profit that’s called “2141 Club” which is a club that empowers retired combat officers to
have a smooth transition to civilian life, with a network of like wise people. The CEO of TrafficBee, Efi, is a partner of
the “2141 Club”.
Company Finances At Present
The company has downsized to just the founders and a developer, as the other team members were not suitable for a
product company. We changed the focus entirely to the product and no performance traffic, leaving us with a small
income from late commissions and tails profits from our past endeavors.
