EDWIN MUHAMMAD:

years. Coming up through the streets of Liberty
City/Little Haiti, Edwin is no stranger to Miami’s
creative transformation over the last 30 years.
Deeply inspired by Hip Hop culture and graffiti
art, Edwin started his own business at the age of
14 designing t-shirts. Over the years his passion grew as his business grew into helping other youth,
where he began to volunteer his time in local communities while doing business in Miami, New York,
Chicago, and LA, his philanthropic journey to help others continues today. Edwin began to learn early on
how to engage with people and creatively attract them to creative ideas and projects.
With an ongoing passion in branding engaging people, Edwin ventured into the Fashion and
Entertainment industry gaining notoriety as an influencer and creative director of various projects,
events through his company PHASHION. Collaborating with many celebrities, personalities, and business
owners; Edwin is not only known for being at the most exclusive events…He is well known for
developing some of Miami’s most exclusive events with brands such as Esquire, Armand De Brignac,
Adidas, Diesel, Reebok, Carrera at some of Miami’s most exclusive venues including Setai, W, Delano,
Mondrian, Casa Casuarina (Versace Mansion) and more.
Always expanding his sights on to more ways to engage with people, in 2010 Edwin expanded his
ventures into other industries including Education, Health & Wellness, and Technology through Miami’s
innovative startup and tech community with a focus on helping people.
As founder of BRAINWASH MEDIA (an Innovations & Branding Agency), Edwin leads a team of
professional creatives in implementing numerous businesses projects through creative campaigns that
attracts and engage people. After Re-branding the company in 2010, he refocused the company and his
vision to solely create and launch new business projects that are designed to empower people and bring
solutions to social issues in fun innovative ways.
Over the years BRAINWASH MEDIA has grown to be known for launching several innovative business
projects that engage and empowers people, businesses, and organizations. In 2013 Edwin has lead the
development and launch of IN.VISION, a youth program cultivating teen’s creative talents by partnering
them up with industry experts and celebrities. Collaborating with many experts from top companies like
Facebook Twitter, LinkedIn, NBC, and more. The program has helped numerous youths throughout
South Florida enhance their skills at an earlier age and take better control of their career path for their
future. In 2014 Edwin lead the development and launch of a pilot project HEAL, a national health and
wellness program providing premium organic foods at affordable costs to low-income families as a
solution to the food desert issues in various communities, as well as economically empower local
organizations to service their communities while generating additional revenues to help them become
more sustainable. In 2015 HEAL generated over a million dollars in revenue with a nationwide impact
empowering many local organizations to become more sustainable while helping local families in over
30 states and 112 cities.
Additionally, through Brainwash Media Edwin has launched MODEL Grind a learning platform teaching
models the business side of the industry to learn how to start, develop, or enhance their modeling
careers by taking full control. Brainwash Media has launched several more projects working and
collaborating with distinguished brands such as City of Miami, Urban League, Black Tech Week, Web
Congress, ICABA, Creative Mornings, Startup Grind, Vitamin Water, Google, and much more. In the
months to come, Edwin and his team at BRAINWASH MEDIA is excited to present new phases of these
projects and the launch of several new projects that will further benefit people, businesses, and
communities in fun meaning ways.
IN.VISION is an initiative designed to help educate teens to identify their individual talents and skills, then
connect them directly with successful entrepreneurs to help them develop their creative skills into a successful
career.

Black Tech Week presents “2020 Youth Innovation Workshops”
For Black Tech Week in Miami, Edwin Muhammad established a collaboration between IN.VISION and Code Fever and ‘A
Place Called Tribe’ Coworking & Innovation Lab to present the 2020 Youth Innovation Workshop which provided a select
number of youth the opportunity to engage in an intimate workshop with 2 industry professionals (Monique Ideltt-
Mosley and Delane Parnell). Participating Youth had the opportunity to gain direct guidance on taking their existing
projects and businesses to the next level, as well as how to maintain the success of it. The 2020 Youth Innovation
Workshop is the first of a series that will continue throughout 2019.

WebCongress and IN.VISION presents “WAVE”
In a unique collaboration with WebCongress Miami, Edwin Muhammad incorporated IN.VISION’s unique platform which
provides opportunity for youth in Miami with WebCongress platform of digital education through its tech conferences
and developed “WAVE”. WAVE is a platform where youth (Ages 13–19) can connect, engage and learn directly from top
industry experts from the WebCongress conference, as well as various ongoing workshops throughout the year. WAVE
offers youth the opportunity to work in intimate settings where they receive guidance to grow their personal ideas,
projects, and businesses using today’s latest digital platforms.
As WAVE represents the next wave of innovative minds which represents the youth. WebCongress and IN.VISION is
scheduling a series of upcoming workshops as well as expand WAVE into a few additional cities within other countries
such as Bogota, Colombia and San Paulo, Brazil in Fall 2019 to provide the same unique opportunities to youth in those
areas.
HEAL (Healthy. Energetic. Active. Lifestyle)
HEAL is a project providing premium organic foods at affordable costs to local communities. HEAL offers special
programs to local organizations to help economically sustain them to further service local families and the
communities. HEAL connects with various communities and people through creative online health education
projects.

over 112 cities across 30 states in the U.S. The impact has resulted in these organizations raising funds and
generating revenues to support their individual programs while bringing a solution to the food desert issues

being redirected back to those organizations and communities.

Edwin Muhammad - (The Stylistocrat) has played an integral part of Fashion Industry in Miami. Over the
past 10 years Edwin Muhammad has produced some of Miami’s most innovative events collaborating
various lifestyle brands with his company PHASHION.
As a socialite he has influenced fashionable trends as a personality in the Entertainment industry. His
collaborations with Funkshion Fashion Week over the years produced numerous events, launched several
brands, hosting designer events as well as being featured in various shows.
FUNKSHION Fashion Week:
Edwin Muhammad has hosted FUNKSHION Fashion Weeks being featured as a style icon throughout many events.
Working with numerous major designer brands and upcoming designer brands formulating interviews with
numerous media outlets national and international as well as placement of new talent and entertainment featured
in the showcases.
PARISH (Fashion Week launch):
When the clothing brand PARISH decided to collaborate with Edwin Muhammad and his company “PHASHION” for
their launch at Fashion Week, it became a showcase to remember. As PARISH represents a hip new collection of
expression with an old school theme, PHASHION offered a perfect fit with its vibrant lifestyle expression. Claimed
to be the most entertaining and energetic show...critics, media and public says it was worth the wait, being the
final show of the evening. Featuring special guests and celebrities throughout the show, PHASHION’s collaboration
on production and added entertainment segment offered additional entertaining features between each themed
showing.
Liliana Montoya (Fashion Week launch SETAI Hotel Miami Beach):
Former Maxim Model and designer Liliana Montoya needed to create a special launch of her new venture as a
swimwear designer, so she collaborated with Matt Heine and Edwin Muhammad for FUNKSHION Fashion Week for
a new innovative concept. Edwin Muhammad created “Accessorize”…Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Swim first
accessories show allowing guest to watch an entertaining fashion show as well as shop designer brands.
Collaborating with designer brand Diesel, Accessorized helped launched Lilia Montoya allowing her a platform to
gain the attention of buyers and media national and international. Liliana Montoya has since continued to be a
prominent feature throughout later Fashion Weeks and in the Fashion industry.

Adidas (Missy Elliott "Respect Me" Brand launch):
Edwin Muhammad (PHASHION) produced a distinct campaign shoot for Missy Elliott's "Respect Me" brand launch
as part of its Urban Expression Campaign. The Adidas shoot utilized selected models of a national model search
campaign to premiere the launch of the brand.
CARRERA (WMC Pool Party at Shore Club Miami Beach):
Edwin Muhammad collaboration with TAI Entertainment developed marketing strategies to Promote Carrera
Sunglasses during special Music Conference event featuring 10 Dj’s and hosted by Doug E Fresh at Shore Club in
Miami. Resulting in Carrera being promoted by every major DJ throughout that day and pairs of sunglasses worn by
celebrities and Dj was captured by various media nationally and internationally.
DELANO Miami Beach (Delano Tuesdays)
Edwin Muhammad collaboration with TAI Entertainment Assisted with creatively marketing the dinner party series
over 4 years at Delano featuring Celebrities, live entertainment, fashion shows, tastings, etc ; resulting in an
increase in food and beverage promotions of hotel, restaurant and Florida Room club/lounge.)
Angel Brinks (Fashion Week Premier)
Edwin Muhammad developed a re-branding and marketing campaign for Angel Brinks to enhance the brand
national image. In additional to a series of new photo shoots for a new look book and promotional materials…a
special Fashion Week preview showcase was introduced. Angel Brinks collection was featured in its own special
showcase, pop-up photo shoot, as well as incorporated in an international celebration showcase as a finale to
Fashion Week that was broadcast live to over 100 countries. Following the promotional campaign, Angel Brinks
collection has taken a new direction collaborating with various celebrities including Nicki Minaj and Rihanna.
CASA CASUARINA (Formerly Versace Mansion):
Edwin Muhammad Developed a rebranding campaign of Casa Casuarina members Sunday Brunch and Pool Party.
Re-establish and designed entertainment packages for members to experience; resulting in an increase of
memberships, food and beverage sales as well as incorporating corporate brand activations.
Edwin Muhammad has developed and hosted numerous events at the distinguished Casa Casuarina including the
renowned Sunday pool parties for its members and special guests. Edwin Muhammad has offered unique
entertaining fashion shows, art showcases and special entertainment during Fashion Week, guests which included
corporate reps, designers, models and celebrities experienced the time of their life. Edwin Muhammad is known to
keep guests entertained and satisfied through his natural energetic appeal with people as well as trademark of
providing valuable gifts to guests.
AFFLUENCE (ESQUIRE Magazine Dinner Party & Style Lounge):
Edwin Muhammad has spearheaded and developed ‘AFFLUENCE’ which is part of a series of private events
produced by LI.ST Groupe which caters directly to professional network of Influencers.
As a preview event, LI.ST Groupe collaborated with Esquire Magazine to produce a special interactive dinner party
and social including a special style lounge and a special popup photo-op. The private event offered 100
distinguished influencers in Miami a fun interactive social, dinner with private chef, and a style lounge featured in
various rooms with fashionable brands.
As an added highlight, in collaboration with Brera Orologi Watches the special popup photo-op offered guests with
the most creative pics 1 of 12 free watches valued from $500 - $1000 each.

Deeply inspired by Hip Hop culture and graffiti art, Edwin started his own business at the age of 14 designing t-shirts. Over the years his passion grew as his business grew into helping other youth, where he began to volunteer his time in local communities while doing business in Miami, New York, Chicago, and LA, his philanthropic journey to help others continues today. Edwin began to learn early on how to engage with people and creatively attract them to creative ideas and projects. With an ongoing passion in branding engaging people, Edwin ventured into the Fashion and Entertainment industry gaining notoriety as an influencer and creative director of various projects, events through his company PHASHION. Collaborating with many celebrities, personalities, and business owners; Edwin is not only known for being at the most exclusive events…He is well known for developing some of Miami’s most exclusive events with brands such as Esquire, Armand De Brignac, Adidas, Diesel, Reebok, Carrera at some of Miami’s most exclusive venues including Setai, W, Delano, Mondrian, Casa Casuarina (Versace Mansion) and more.

Always expanding his sights on to more ways to engage with people, in 2010 Edwin expanded his ventures into other industries including Education, Health & Wellness, and Technology through Miami’s innovative startup and tech community with a focus on helping people. As founder of BRAINWASH MEDIA (an Innovations & Branding Agency), Edwin leads a team of professional creatives in implementing numerous businesses projects through creative campaigns that attracts and engage people. After Re-branding the company in 2010, he refocused the company and his vision to solely create and launch new business projects that are designed to empower people and bring solutions to social issues in fun innovative ways. Over the years BRAINWASH MEDIA has grown to be known for launching several innovative business projects that engage and empowers people, businesses, and organizations. In 2013 Edwin has lead the development and launch of IN.VISION, a youth program cultivating teen’s creative talents by partnering them up with industry experts and celebrities. Collaborating with many experts from top companies like Facebook Twitter, LinkedIn, NBC, and more. The program has helped numerous youths throughout South Florida enhance their skills at an earlier age and take better control of their career path for their future. In 2014 Edwin lead the development and launch of a pilot project HEAL, a national health and wellness program providing premium organic foods at affordable costs to low-income families as a solution to the food desert issues in various communities, as well as economically empower local organizations to service their communities while generating additional revenues to help them become more sustainable. In 2015 HEAL generated over a million dollars in revenue with a nationwide impact empowering many local organizations to become more sustainable while helping local families in over 30 states and 112 cities. Additionally, through Brainwash Media Edwin has launched MODEL Grind a learning platform teaching models the business side of the industry to learn how to start, develop, or enhance their modeling careers by taking full control. Brainwash Media has launched several more projects working and collaborating with distinguished brands such as City of Miami, Urban League, Black Tech Week, Web Congress, ICABA, Creative Mornings, Startup Grind, Vitamin Water, Google, and much more. In the months to come, Edwin and his team at BRAINWASH MEDIA is excited to present new phases of these projects and the launch of several new projects that will further benefit people, businesses, and communities in fun meaning ways.

COLLABORATIVE IMPACT: Feb 2018 – Present www.blackteckweek.com Project Description – Black Tech Week presents “2020 Youth Innovation Workshops” For Black Tech Week in Miami, Edwin Muhammad established a collaboration between IN.VISION and Code Fever and ‘A Place Called Tribe’ Coworking & Innovation Lab to present the 2020 Youth Innovation Workshop which provided a select number of youth the opportunity to engage in an intimate workshop with 2 industry professionals (Monique Ideltt- Mosley and Delane Parnell). Participating Youth had the opportunity to gain direct guidance on taking their existing projects and businesses to the next level, as well as how to maintain the success of it. The 2020 Youth Innovation Workshop is the first of a series that will continue throughout 2019.

WAVE is a platform where youth (Ages 13–19) can connect, engage and learn directly from top industry experts from the WebCongress conference, as well as various ongoing workshops throughout the year. WAVE offers youth the opportunity to work in intimate settings where they receive guidance to grow their personal ideas, projects, and businesses using today’s latest digital platforms. As WAVE represents the next wave of innovative minds which represents the youth. WebCongress and IN.VISION is scheduling a series of upcoming workshops as well as expand WAVE into a few additional cities within other countries such as Bogota, Colombia and San Paulo, Brazil in Fall 2019 to provide the same unique opportunities to youth in those areas.
