Merchandise – The Rewards Program online catalogue (the “Catalogue”) will include a broad range of merchandise and gift certificates for redemption. Merchandise may be purchased
using Rewards Program points only, or a combination of Rewards Program points and a charge on your Vancity/Citizens Bank Visa card. In order to add cash (“Points Top Up”) to the
purchase price, you must have at least 50% of the points required for the item (e.g., for an item requiring 1,000 points, you must have at least 500 points in order to add cash for the
remainder of the purchase price). Points Top Up is not offered on gift certificates.
1. Merchandise Pricing. Prices for items in the Catalogue will be expressed in points.
2. Merchandise Availability. Reward Suppliers change models, specifications, patterns, and pricing from time to time, and on occasion it may be necessary to substitute items. Vancity/
