First you measure the thickness of the insert, which is .750 then divide it by two which it would be
.375 then you add that half to the center dimentions of the first groove .500 = .875 and thats how
much we are going to go in touching on the face with the insert , just how it shows on the picture,
then you add .688 for the second groove, to be on center, and the third groove would be on
second operation, and continue the same process that we used on the first groove. the motor
speed will be 24 high and the feed 1 low.
