2. Field Technician Services and Fees:
Computer Tech. Services:
Hardware and Software troubleshoot:25/hr.
This service includes hardware swaps, upgrades, installs,
service or repairs. Also includes software repairs
( Reinstall OS, anti-virus, connectivity and peripheral
connect issues.) Billed only for time on site. Call for Flat
Rate for any one issue. All components needed for repairs
are outsourced and added at cost plus $10.00 for added

3. Network Tech. Services and Fees:
Network Tech. Services are billed at 35/hr.
This service includes cabling and cable troubleshoot,
installs, service and repairs. Billed only for time on site.
Call for Flat Rate on any one issue. This service includes
Rack and Stack installs, WAP installs, Residential Phone
connectivity, component installs and configuration.
Connectivity issues and hardware refresh, swaps or
upgrades. All materials are supplied by client or

4. Easytech San Diego guarantees the work we perform for a 30
day period. We serve the greater San Diego County area and
will travel to Riverside County as well.
Our field technicians have years of experience in the field and
we esteem our company on the ability to perform our services
in a professional and complete manner. We provide all our own
tools and transportation to field projects and also have a
customer service line at 760-684-3104 for questions or
concerns or inquiry. Our hourly rates are for time on site only,
we do not normally charge mileage in San Diego County and
are open to Flat Rate agreements for clients who call our
customer service line to inquire about an issue needing
attention.
