A new company's Official PowerPoint Presentation Layout. In addition to the presentation, on slide 2, I designed and built the 3-D model of the Hydrate skid in Solidworks.
2. PROVEN DESIGN
The Hydrate Remediation Skid (HRS) is a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) mounted solution for subsea hydrate formation
within a production system. The HRS works to remove hydrate formations through depressurization and chemical injection
allowing the hydrate to break down and clear the blockage and restore normal flow conditions.

SELF CONTAINED
Using a single ROV rated for a depth of 4000m, the HRS is capable of completing hydrate remediation work scopes within various subsea fields. The
HRS can produce variable hydraulic output flows and pressures through the use of two standard pumping systems with a total system maximum performance of 4
gpm and 15,000 psi. The HRS circuit is controlled via ROV operated ball valves with the ability to manipulate between suction and pressure circuits while subsea
without the need to resurface between operations. All continuous pressure and flow measurements during operation can be viewed in real time on both the HRS and
topside in addition to pressure recorded via topside logging software to facilitate operation review.

CUSTOMIZABLE
The HRS can be operated by any ROV capable of providing the necessary hydraulic power to the pumping system. The
interface and fluids are customizable to meet client requirements, field developments, or hydrate formation type. Interface between
the HRS and subsea asset can range from a readily available hot stab arrangement to a custom designed client driven interface. The
HRS comes standard with two 50 gallon reservoirs within the skid frame, but is configurable for operator selection to an external
source for additional capacity.

SAFETY
Reflected in the HRS design and operation, safety of personnel and asset equipment remains priority for all hydrate remediation
work scopes completed by C-Innovation. Depressurization of the solid hydrate in conjunction with chemical injection prevents uncontrolled
movement of the hydrate upon release and is shown to be less likely to cause asset damage. The HRS design has the ability to prevent
hazardous chemical handling while offshore through the use of bladders that can be easily removed from the skid mitigating safety concerns
surrounding the transfer of hazardous chemicals by personnel.
Increased safety for all personnel
Less likely to cause damage to client asset
Reduced hazardous chemical handling

PROJECT HISTORY
1-ANADARKO
Region:………………..Gulf of Mexico
Location:……………..Lucius Field Development
Date:……………………March 2015
Project Depth:……..2,680 m
Vessel:………………...Kirt Chouest
ROV type:…………….C-Innovation UHD
Scope of Work: Removal of a solid hydrate that had formed
in an Annulus Wing Valve preventing valve function. The
task was performed by a UHD Work Class ROV.
Solution: The HRS interfaced with the subsea assets by using a
modified Multi Quick Connect (MQC) with a hot stab manifold and
new valve arrangement. The operation resulted in the successful
removal of the hydrate within the affected valve.

PROJECT HISTORY
2-TULLOW OIL
Region:………………..Africa
Location:……………..Jubilee Field
Date:……………………June 2015
Project Depth:……..1330 m
Vessel:………………...Rem Forza
ROV type:…………...KYSTDESIGN SUPPORTER
Scope of Work: Removal of more than 10 pre-located
blockages lodged within various subsea assets throughout
the Jubilee field.
Solution: The HRS interfaced with the subsea assets through the
use of three modified Intermediate Logic Caps (ILC) allowing
interface ability to UTAs, SFLs, and umbilical. As a result, all
hydrates were cleared. In addition to the initial scope, the tooling
team was able to complete the recovery of samples of additional
blockages to the surface for chemical analysis by the client.
