Positive psychology in primary care
& Discussion:
share your ideas!
• A lot of patients have light psycho social
problems, related to life problems
• Physical complaints can have a relation with
psycho social problems, like stress and sleeping
problems
• Focus in primary care is on reducing complaints.
Mental, or emotional, fitness and resilience can
be an important addition
