steadyprogressinhisworkand metall of hisprojectgoals. Dylandisplayedakeenattentiontodetail,
solidmechanical andmanufacturingknowledgeandself-motivation. Asateamwe developedthe first
ColdSpray facilityandconductedthe firstColdSpraytestsinIreland. Dylanquicklybecame proficientat
ColdSpray experimentationitself.
Dylanwas a goodcommunicatorand showedthisbyworkingalongside manydifferentgroupsof
people toreachhisprojectgoals.Dylandisplayedgreatinitiative bysourcingsome of the assembly
componentsthathe couldnot designandhave builtin-house.He alwayscarriedhimself inaprofessional
mannerand wasa pleasure toworkwith.
