RE: Graduate School Letter of Recommendation for Dylan Arnall
Admission Committee,
I am writing to recommend Dylan Arnall, a student of mine at Baker University (Kansas), for
admission to your MBA Program. I have known Dylan since his freshman year in college, I have had
him as a student in several courses including Introduction to Business and Business Law I, and I have
also served as his academic advisor for the last three years. I believe that I know Dylan well and can
provide some relevant input regarding his preparedness for graduate school.
Dylan did well in my courses, earning a B in the Introduction to Business class and an A in the
Business Law I and II course. He is an intelligent young man who is very hard-working and he always
goes “above and beyond” on every assignment, project, and research paper in all of his courses.
Dylan has also been a member of the varsity wrestling team and, as such, he is highly skilled at the
time management aspects of balancing the full-time job of academics with the equally full-time
demands of being a collegiate varsity athlete. He has always been diligent about completing
assignments, projects, and papers well in advance of deadlines so that he never falls behind in his
classes because of his participation in sports and I believe that this type of work ethic will carry over
into graduate school and his career thereafter.
Dylan also possesses strong informational literacy, research and writing skills and I believe that he will
do well in graduate school both with assigned work in courses and with participation in any school-
related journals or conferences for which students may research, write, and make presentations.
In sum, I highly recommend Dylan for admission and I encourage you to contact me if you have any
additional inquiries regarding his preparedness for graduate-level work.
Sincerely,
Lee E. Green
