Customer Development:
o Building approaches to introduce investment opportunities to potential
institutional customers in/outside the petroleum industry, local/foreign financial
corporations.
o Participating in a meeting with potential foreign investors who have demand of
investing through a fund management company.
o Participate in advisory team (inter-department) to answer questions from
investors who are willing to invest through our company.
o Developing a data-list of potential customers (including financial institutions,
commercial banks…) through the analysis of financial statements, the cash flow of

prospectus, establishment documents with regard to the new funds deployed;
build contracts with relevant service providers: transfer agent, VSD (Vietnam

customers about new-fund raising ‘s opportunities
o Writing and translating investment reports on the company ‘s funds and
portfolios (macro-economic analysis, the stock market assessment, analyzing

industry, company valuation, financial analysis and recommendations on these
proposed investment) monthly/quarterly/yearly.
o Complete the final settlement of funds: return the assets to investors, liquidating
contract, closing the account.
Portfolio management:
o Directly involved in the preparation of official documents, submissions, contracts
relating to investment trusts received from the investors.
o Drafting contracts, contract annexes, planning cash flow for the portfolio (getting
more capital or divestments).
o Open discretionary/ non-discretionary investment account for fiduciary investors,
implementation of procedures for asset transferring for client in entrusted
portfolios.
o Contacting partners, fund service providers (distribution agents, custodian banks,
VSD) for the entrusted portfolio under management.
o Collecting management fees from investors, extending the contract/expired
investment deals.
o Researching the auction & IPO procedures for the corporations in the portfolio, in
order to conduct counseling for investors.
On-demand activities:
o The preparation, contacting and correspondence with local/foreign customers.
o Coordinate with other departments in the company in connecting specific clients
with suitable investment deals, responding with the relevant requirements from
clients.
o Researching, translating, and completing the urgent deal details required by
manager or directors.
