As an Independent evaluation organization,
NBMTM’s purpose is to advance the profession of
pharmacy and empower pharmacists specifically
focusing on medication therapy management
(MTM)

• License pharmacists, which is a function of the
state boards of pharmacy.
• Have responsibility for pharmacy
employment.
• Make decisions regarding MTM pharmacist
