Manufacture and Type of Instruments handle during maintenance,commissioning and Shut-Down.
• Loop checks and commissioning of all field Smart Instruments.
• Experience with calibration and functional checks of all types of Smart Instruments, sensors
and Final control Elements.
• Interpretation of loop drawing, Instrument cabling & terminations, Cable schedule, Hook-up
drawing, and P&ID drawings.

2. • Extensive troubleshooting experience for all fields instruments during loop check, startup and
commissioning activities.
• Generation and maintenance of all types of records for Quality control checks including
calibration, leak checks and other inspections.
• Field Diagnostics Check and Remote calibration using HART 275 & 375 S.F.C.
Communicator.
• Valve like Control Valve, On-OFF Valve, Divert Valve, Circulation Valve, and all type of
Positioner like pneumatic, Smart (DVC 6000) calibration, installation, over hauling, fault
finding and corrective and preventive maintenance like Masoneilan, Valtek, Fisher ABB
and other manufacturers.
