The income data shown above are for all Evolv Health Members who maintained their position qualifications, and who earned at least one
commission or bonus payment during the calendar year 2015, which represents 20.28%% of all Members. During the reporting period, the
average annual income of those Members was $219.86. The "Average Weeks to Reach Rank" represents any Member who held the
corresponding rank at any time during 2015, and the average time it took Members in that position to achieve it from the time they initially
enrolled with EvolvHealth. (Please see the EvolvHealth Compensation Plan for prerequisites for becoming and maintaining qualfication
requirements for each rank. These amounts represent gross income figures and do not include expenses incurred by a Member in
conducting his or her business or retail profit from the sale of products.
