replaced with Siemens Simatic S7-315 2DP with WINCC FLEXIBLE SCADA PC software.
ProfibusDP network is used for controlling diffusers, other electric motors, weighing system,
sugar beet slicers, water PH level, etc.

control sequence of valves opening for raw juice filtration, filter strainers cleaning and sludge
flushing. Operator controls and monitors both processes on two PC-s equipped with Siemens
WinCC Flexible SCADA which communicate with PLC-s over ProfibusDP.

printing regardless of speed. System is monitored and parametrized over OP277 panel. In
2012. system is modified with option of printing on larger sheets. In 2013. safety system is
expanded with three additional photoelectric sensors.
