biscuit , wafer , & chocolate line.

 I was work with Asia’s largest fully automated dairy plant Mother Dairy
(A Unit Of GCMMF Ltd.) which has 25 laces milk handling plant per day.
Here we make product brand name under ‘AMUL” .we make products like
process milk, UHT milk, powder, cheese ,pizza, butter oil, ice-cream and
different type of UHT products like chass , lassi ,health drink
 I started my job with Ice-cram dept here I responsible for operation &
maintenance of packing m/c (cup, cone), candy m/c (catta and gram),
hardening tunnel, freezers all machine are imported (catta and gram make). I
also worked in mix processing plant which have 5000 lit/hr capacity (IDMC
make mix plant)
 Operation and maintenance of Milk Processing Plant, which is fully automatic,
micro processor controlled, comprising plate heat exchangers, pneumatic
valves, separators, pumps, CIP system and online standardization unit.
 Maintenance of different Cup & Cone Packing m/c (Catta, PWS make), candy
m/c (Catta, Gram , puyan, tetra pack make), Hardening tunnel (Catta,
Dantech make), Continuous Freezers (Catta, Gram, Tetra pack make), Mix
Processing plant and CIP (Fully automatic, SCADA controlled)
 I was work with IFFCO Group based in United Arab Emirates as an
