Pateint C/O Swelling in upper right back region
of
jaw , since 1 month.

5.  EXTRA ORAL EXAMINATION….

Lymph node
Facial symmetry:- Symmetrical
Lips:- compitent
TMJ:- Bilaterally smooth, symmetrical, with no
clicking sounds

6. Intraoral examination
Inspection:
 No-1
 Site: Posterior right side of the palate
Involving 16 upto 17,18 region,also
Involving the occlusal distal surface
Of 16 buccopalatally extend.
 Size: 2cm x 2cm

7.  Extent:
AP – In the line of mesial surface of 18 to Anterior Faucial Pillars
ML – 1 cm away from midline to Laterally towards Tuberosity
Shape: Spherical
Colour: Reddish Pink
Surface Texture: Smooth
Margin: Well defined
Border: Regular
Surrounding Structures: Normal
Mucosa over swelling : whitish red with slight reddish margin

8. Palpation:
Inspectory findings confirmed by
palpation
Consistency: Firm
Local Temperature: Not Raised
Tenderness: Negative
Fluctuation: Negative
Fixity:
Bleeding on Provocation: Not present

14. Differential diagnosis
• Peripheral giant cell granuloma
• Exophytic capillary hemangioma
• Peripheral fibroma
• Lymphoma

15. Treatment plan
 Surgical Excision of the lesion
