Microbiological
Micro testing at Leeder Analytical can be used for the analysis of Brettanomyces bruxellensis levels in fermentation
products. Brettanomyces bruxellensis is a commonly occurring organism in the brewing and wine industries
that can alter the taste and aroma of finished product.
