Method Development and Validation
Leeder Analytical provides method development and validation services. Our services include validation of a customer
supplied method, where we can generate validation data; through to sourcing methodology from scratch, developing
the method for your specific sample type and then carrying out full validation.
Most laboratories are flat out trying to get through their day to day workloads. Finding the time to develop or validate
a new method can be very difficult. Outsourcing method development and validation is advantageous for organisations
that are time poor to develop and validate in-house or lack experienced chemists to develop methods.
Leeder Analytical is able to develop/modify and validate methods to demonstrate the analytical procedure is suitable
for its intended use. We are able to demonstrate the methods accuracy, precision, specificity, limits of detection and
quantitation, linearity and range, robustness and the uncertainty of the method. Once completed the method can be
easily transferred to your laboratory. Staff training can also be provided where required.
