• Solar system: is made up of the Sun, eight
planets, their moons and other objects that
revolve around the Sun, which is the center of
the solar system.
• A planet: is a large, ball-shaped body that
revolves or travels around the Sun.
• Orbit: the path an object takes as it revolves
around the Sun.
