 Apply the nursing process, including patient admission, assessment, planning, intervention, teaching,
evaluation, and discharge

 Wound care: wound vacuum, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, arterial ulcers, amputees, tunneling and
deep wounds, colostomies, ileostomies, pleurx catheters, tracheostomies, acute and chronic wounds.
 Maintain care of patients with endotracheal tube, chest tube, peg tube, Foley care, and TPN.
 Monitor cardiac rhythms by identifying cardiac rhythms and rate through EKG readings, perform CPR,
and defibrillation as needed.
