working directly with Dora during her time at PureNChic as a Marketing Assistant. Her learning
abilities never ceased to amaze me. I was Dora Manager at PureNChic and during that time, we
work extremely close and together on all tasks, so I feel I fully understand her capabilities.
Dora is highly intelligent and adaptable. During her time Dora was mainly involved with
Marketing on social media as well as offline marketing. Dora’s skills have grown PureNChic’s
sales to a new level. She had a great ability to know what the potential customers interests
were. Dora shadowed me during many business marketing meetings, business management
and communication classes and workshops. These help her gain the skills she has today. Dora
has great knowledge of marketing as well as PR and communications. During her work she
spoke to many people, which enhanced her English skills in both writing and speech. She
participated in Newsletter organization and creating and well as gaining skills on such
programs as Hootsuite, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Dora is also able to work effectively with other co-workers, making her a great addition to the
team. I have enjoyed watching and working with Dora as she has excelled in many skills at
PureNChic. With her abilities, adaptability, and dedication, Dora will make a great addition to
