Our Christian Mentoring and Coaching Workshops are designed to empower and equip
individuals to maximize their clients potential instead of themselves.
Christian Mentors and Coaches roles are to impact others lives to drive them into
experiencing what they are in pursuit of and ensuring that it is aligned with the will of God.
The keys to establishing a Christian mentoring relationship include creating a relationship of
genuine trust, clearly defining Christian roles and responsibilities while aligning others to the
Kingdom of God, establishing short­ and long­term goals that are empowering and equipping,
using open and supportive communication, and collaboratively solving problems.
