 Managed accounts in my assigned territory; Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Montana and
Wyoming, including helping in other territories within the United States, providing product
technical leadership and sales support for customers.
 Consulted with center managers by helping to show best demonstrated practices within the
industry. Analyzed data and worked with managers to find alternative or “fine tuning” of
procedures and processes to improve production output and times.
 Provided collaborated assessment of technical, clinical and operating processes in a consultative
manner with customers and other team members to ensure successful implementation and support
processes to achieve operational goals of both the corporation business unit and my customers.
 Trained customers in the proper use of Medical Device products; conducted training classes for
instrument operators; and performed periodic assessments and re-trainings/advanced trainings as

 Achieved $8.6 million in sales in 2008, representing a 108% territory growth increase over 2007.
 Managed 12 donor centers with 12 direct and 75 indirect reports, ensuring appropriate staff
trainings, operational scheduling, HR compliance and budget monitoring.
 Ensured adherence to all existing internal policies and procedures according to FDA and AABB
regulations for compliance and cGMP.
 Coordinated and conducted individual center and quarterly section meetings.
 Worked cross functionally with multiple departments to promote growth within centers.
