How do add impound Calls
WITH LICENSE PLATE NUMBER

Click the plus sign to add a
call

3. Click
Click to add vehicle information

4. Click
Add License plate number and state.
This is automatically put in the first 14 digits
Of the VIN. The last 3 digits will need to be
Verified to complete vehicle input.
Then click NEXT

5. Click
Enter last 3 digits of the VIN then click
CONFIRM

6. After inputting the license plate number
All this information will auto populate.
Click SAVE.
Click

7. Enter this information

8. Click the empty space to input
Pick up location
If going to a drop off location
Click empty space to add address

9. Click impound lot to put a vehicle in impound

10. Click below the selection tabs to change the lot
Location if you have more than one.
You will see the following screen.

11. Select desired impound lot
Then click back

13. Click

14. Choose the charge
You would like to add

15. Change the quantity or price
If they are not already put in
Your price lists
If you need to add another charge
Click here
When you are finished with the charges click Done
Then on the next page click Save and your call will be added to TowBook.
