2. Here is the main screen when you log into TowBook this is what you will see
Click Dispatching

3. To add a new call to TowBook click New Call

4. For a NEW Call fill in the
Following information

4- Pickup location of vehicle
5- Tow to location
6- Reason for call
7- Map links, these are
specific to my TowBook but
very useful
8- Input vehicle information
9- Current vehicle mileage
10- Driver and Truck used
for call
11- Unloaded mileage
12- Loaded mileage
13- Fee
14- extra fees if req’d
15- Click create call
Done!

5. For a COMPLETED Call fill in the
Following information
1- Account call is for
2- PO number if req’d
3- Customer contact info
4- Pickup location of vehicle
5- Tow to location
6- Reason for call
7- Map links, these are
specific to my TowBook but

8- Input vehicle information
9- Current vehicle mileage
10- Driver and Truck used
for call
11- Unloaded mileage
