The Healthy Wealthy Wise weekend in Bowral is for that and much more. This unique
active learning module (ALM) will focus on lifestyle medicine, providing GPs with the
opportunity to assess and improve their personal wellness, as well as provide the tools
needed to evaluate the vital signs of wellness of their business health.
Includes presentations on the effects of stress on GPs, identifying healthy lifestyle anchors
for wellness, engaging with patients, business checks, and opportunities to reflect with
peers to plan strategies for a Healthy Wealthy and Wise future.
To support the aims of the weekend, registration includes all social activities, catering,
fresh air and early morning yoga sessions. Social event tickets for partners are available.
