This document presents a case report of a 52-year-old woman with bilateral coloboma (a congenital defect in the eye). She presented with gradual blurred vision in her left eye over the past 4 months. Examination found a coloboma of the iris and retina in the left eye along with choroidal neovascularization (CNV), which was confirmed via CT scan. She received anti-VEGF injections which improved her vision to 6/12 after 3 months of treatment. The case report demonstrates bilateral coloboma in an adult patient and treatment of CNV secondary to the coloboma with anti-VEGF injections.
