Dianne Jefferies Celuch, brings 25+ years of global business leadership and experience helping companies such
as Levi Strauss, AnnTaylor, Speedo and Eddie Bauer. Dianne’s accomplishments include:
 Built and managed teams responsible for delivering over $500m in purchases.
 At Speedo re-sourced 3.5 m units of production from Mexico to Asia and in doing so maintained quality, lowered costs,
built a raw materials base and managed all risk.
 Managed the design, production and delivery of 2012 and 2016 Olympic business lines adding over $2M in additional sales
and significant marketing exposure for Speedo sponsored athletes.
 Within 6 months of arrival at Juicy Couture increased on time shipping performance from 40% to over 86% by improving
internal processes and tracking while strengthening vendor relationships.
 While at Ann Taylor, developed product line calendar, organization, and sustainable processes to support new Ann Taylor
Factory Stores and subsequent launch of Loft Outlet.
 Researched, initiated, and opened new factory relationships in numerous countries to grow manufacturing base and
balance production risk.
