RESUME
SUMMARY
My career as researcher began in 2003, while still attending college. This experience primarily
involved work for LPPM Unika Atmajaya - Bogasari as Surveyor and Researcher (Internship). In
2004, I joined Indonesian Corruption Watch (ICW) to survey the General Election. My path led me
to learn more about research while I worked as Independent Researcher for RSC / Integrascreen
in 2005 till present. I have also gained skills and experience with an executive search company,
Amrop Hever, from 2006 until Jul 2008 working as a researcher. In early 2008, I founded my own
research company “dproduction.” As the Owner / Researcher, I work with both corporate clients
and individuals. In September of 2008 until Jun 2009, I joined Asia Select as associate
researcher. In the mid. of Jul-Nov 2009, I worked for a Business Management Consultancy - as
researcher (project base). To stretch my skills, I joined a digital advertising and brand consultant,
PT. MFCI - Isobar as a research analyst, period Jul 2010 till Sept 2011. In Sept 2011, I came
back to Asia Select (Head Hunter), I spent more than two years as Consultant and in April 2014,
PT Novell hired me as an Associate External Recruitment Manager. I I'm still passionately
exploring my career, and I enjoy new challenges, and opportunities to learn.
