Manpower Pvt Ltd.
Over the past several years, he has met and
established cordial relations with a large number of Company
Chairmen, Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Human
Resource Managers, Engineers Accountants and Administrators, and has had the opportunity to engage
in extremely valuable exchanges of views. He has thus been able to correctly ascertain the manpower
requirements of Foreign Employers. He has very good experience in conducting Interviews and in
selecting candidates for Final Interviews by Foreign Employers. The motto he has framed for the

Management Association . He is the Asst. Director General of the United Nations Youth Federation of

Dr Amirtharaj Dhanaraja is a Director of Dana Group of Companies. He
graduated from Manipal Malaka Medical University College as a Doctor
and Now He got MD qualification in US.

Process of Selection
1. When we receive Job Orders from Foreign Clients, we send it to the Sri Lanka Bureau of foreign Employment
for the First Approval. Thereafter we advertise in the leading Newspapers, on TV, the Radio and on our Web site
Where we get more than 2000 hits per day.
2. When we receive applications from prospective candidates, we transmit it to our Recruitment Officers for short
listing.
3. Applicants for technical vacancies are given comprehensive Trade Tests by our qualified Technical Staff and their
competency in the required filed is graded
4. Depending on the grade the applicants obtain, they are subjected to Crash Training Programs at our own
Industrial Training Institute, to sharpen and increase their knowledge and technical skills.
5. It is only after this process is completed that we arrange for these Applicants to be interviewed by the Foreign
Clients, to enable them to be evaluated and selected for employment.
Facilities Available
• Dana Manpower has more than 20,000 square ft of office area. We have many Interview Rooms to conduct several
Interviews at the same time . For every Trade, we have Technical Staff to conduct Preliminary Interviews and to Short
list candidates.
• The Offices are fully computerized and fully air conditioned. A computerized Job Bank, with over 5000 applications
of various categories, is available for immediate selection
• Web Camera Interview facilities available.
• All our offices are well equipped with modern office equipment.
• We also utilize Multimedia Projectors to explain and instruct prospective candidates of the various types of duties
