Comprehensive design, planning, project management and landscape service for the redevelopment of
Trowbridge’s Civic Hall, to provide a new Civic Centre, including; multi-purpose assembly and performance
space for up to 1,292 people, Council Chamber & flexible offices / business units, adaptable conference and
function spaces, catering, bar and cafe facilities, “Green Room”, plus Tourist Information Centre. Design
materials included; use of locally grown and milled sweet chestnut, natural and reconstituted stone, tern
coated steel and local brick cladding, recycled carpets, low energy lighting, underfloor heating and high
performance aluminium clad timber framed windows.

Comprehensive design, planning, project management and landscape service for the
first phase of a master plan redevelopment of Morriston Comprehensive School for
Swansea City and County by the renovation and extension of an existing 500m2
building, - adding 2100m2
of space comprising; 7 maths classrooms and 9 science
laboratories, plus preparation rooms, staff support facilities, parking for 95 cars,
emergency access road, landscaping and fire sprinkler works. £3M.

Lobb Shippon, Plympton. Comprehensive design, planning, project management and landscape
service for the sustainable conversion and redevelopment of a redundant cow shed to provide
300m2
of flexible open plan office space.
Construction included; use of locally sourced stone and oak, lime based mortars throughout to
roughly coursed random rubble local stone walls, glulam roof trusses, natural slate roofing and
flooring, galvanised raingear, recycled carpets, low energy lighting, geothermal underfloor heating
and cooling and solar thermal water heating.

Meeth Quarry nature reserve - former ball clay
quarry. Sustainable regeneration and enhancement of
local biodiversity on a 170Ha site in Devon, to create a
diverse and key priority ecological habitat of European
significance, including lakes, grassland, open heath
and woodland, for the conservation and protection of
BAP species including; golden-ringed dragonflies and
small red damselflies.
