What Is Anxiety ?
 It is a common human emotion that we feel when our lives are in danger ,in difficult
situation ,we feel fear and worries.so it is a common normal human nature.
 But In some people they feel this fear and worries ,when there is no such danger in reality
,no threatening situation in real world, but still start to fear and worries about it.
 So we can do Something for that.
To acknowledge the anxiety
Every human being is subjected the to sufferings, when there is birth, there is suffering.
No matter how rich you are how talented you are fear, worry,
suffering is the common ground for all of us.
So first of all we have to acknowledge that my mind have these anxious thoughts.
When we become anxious, we try to hate, fight with that emotion, anxious thoughts.
The more you fight, with that emotion, it will take control of your life. So we must
acknowledge that all human beings are subjected to suffering without exception.
Mindfulness
There is 4 grounds of mindfulness
Being mindful about your body
Your feelings
Your mind
Your mental status
Being Mindful About Your Mind
You have to observe, mindful and aware about your thoughts.
It creates a little space you and your thoughts, it separates you and your thoughts.
When we feel fear, worry about the things, most of the time we think the thoughts are
ourselves.
That means when you feel anxious you are thinking, I am the fear, anxious, anger ,you are
not, only your thoughts are anxiety, fear and worries.

Example
Imagine that you are the sky and the clouds are your thoughts.
Nature of the clouds is comes and goes ,sometimes gloomy, shiny, different moods.
Same way our thoughts are coming and going, but you still remains same
Every good things brings happiness to you little bit challenging, so take time, practice
constantly.
Think what made me anxious, fear - go deep into it, then you will realize this is not
something to fear or worry, then you can come back, think this is just an emotion.
Analyze Your Thoughts
It brings to you present moment
Your anxiety always trigger by an emotion, so let it go out, then become mindful and brings to the present
moment .
By analyzing your thoughts constantly aware of your thoughts, you become very peaceful.
When you are thinking about your future your mind will be in anxious mood. Most of the time when
anxiety kicks in, your mind jumps into future, what will happen in the future, so your mind is in future
When you become mindful about the things, your mind comes to present moment, which is peaceful, cool.
you can be right here, right now and become more peaceful.
So practice mindfulness little by little
Compassion To Yourself
Show some compassion to yourself. Don't expect 100% perfection from your side, perfection
is not success, people can not perfect always, do your best always
I wish all of you a peaceful, healthy, and happy life for ever.
