2. Login to secure services
Open the Old Mutual Rewards homepage https://www.oldmutual.co.za/Rewards
in a browser.
If you get stuck Call Us on 0860 666 999
Click on the LOGIN button at the top, right-hand corner of the
page.
If you have not registered for Secure Services before, then click
the REGISTER link and follow the simple registration process
If you click LOGIN but then realise that you have forgotten
your USERNAME or PASSWORD, simply click on the “Forgot
your password” or “Forgot your username/number” links.

3. Reset user name/password
Follow the instructions, and you will be sent an sms within 15
seconds of requesting your username or a temporary password.
You may be asked to send
a copy of your ID.

4. Select “add a website”
The Rewards link appears under a staff websites tab, which you need
to access via a very simple 2 - step process.
Second, scroll down the list and select:“Old Mutual STAFF Websites”
First either click on the link to “ADD A WEBSITE” at the top of the
page, or “Request access to additional websites” at the bottom of the
page.
Select “Old Mutual Rewards”

5. Enter your details
In order for the Rewards team to give you access, you need to complete the Rewards information page
that appears next.
We only need your staff code, when it comes to entering your staff code – it is expecting two letters
(e.g. “OM”) and five numbers (e.g. “OM12345, X123456 includes OM Insure staff, A123456) with
no spaces.
TOP TIP You don’t have to fill out the rest if you have a staff code.

6. Profile upgrade
Click ‘UPGRADE YOUR PROFILE NOW’
When you Click ‘Upgrade later‘, it just closes and
you’re taken back to the home page.

7. Link cellphone
Link your cellphone number by filling in your details.
Click ‘SEND MY CODE’ and continue.
If you haven’t recieved the code via sms then you can
resend it, if it still doesn’t work the you would have to

8. Update login details
Select the username you would like to use
and create the confirm your new password.
Tick the box - ‘I agree to...’
Click ‘SAVE AND FINISH’

10. Request submitted
With that information submitted, your have completed the
Registration step.
You will be prompted to provide your email address.

11. We are busy processing your access to these websites - we’ll notify
you via email when your access has been granted.

12. Confirmation email
You will be sent an eMail to confirm that your Rewards website is active and you can then go in again and this time
complete the Rewards Activation process

14. Terms and Conditions
You are also able to indicate your communication preferences
and update your profile.
You can also enter the Rewards number of a colleague who may
have helped you to register.
You are able to see your unique Rewards programme Number
on your profile page – you can access your Profile page via the
dashboard or by simply clicking on your name where it appears
next to the Logout link.
TOP TIP in this regard is for you to help other colleagues to sign
up, and then give them YOUR rewards number to enter on their
Activation page for you to earn more points (again, including more
screen shots of the relevant pages will help here too)
As part of this process, you need to accept the Terms and
Conditions of the Rewards programme:
