1. How is it that an unarmed black man, while sitting on
a van in broad daylight, is captured and arrested, for
passing what is said to be a counterfeit bill, end up
dead on the street by law enforcements;
Compare to a white UConn student armed, who just
killed 2 people, has kidnapped a person, was holding
a bag of weapons, has led law enforcement on a multi
state man hunt for 5 days, is captured and arrested
late at night, without a officer kneeling down on his
neck and causing his death.
All law enforcements need to be taught the same
training. Who taught the training for those cops in
Minneapolis.
