Although a lot of learnings were there but a few problems prevailed throughout the market.
1. Most of the customers are not satisfied with the servicing specially in Bihar
2. In Bihar, most of the retailers bill through Kolkata thus drooping down the market for dealers in
Bihar itself or even Company directly.
3. The quotation of dealer and distribution pricing is crucial and needs to be handled carefully.
