EXPERIENCE Chi Omega, President Jan 2016 – Current
As President of my chapter, I lead Executive and Chapter meetings as
well as organize and conduct officer and director training. I cultivate
professional working relationships with other organization leaders and
Campus faculty and staff. I attend leadership meetings directed by our
Campus Life Director and University President. I conduct ethical and
creative problem solving and work in a team environment. I will be
representing my chapter at our national convention this upcoming June.
Chi Omega, Active Member Jan 2014 – Current
As a member of Chi Omega, I have been a part of several leadership
positions including New Member Educator, Assistant Recruitment Chair,
and Marketing Assistant. I am a part of marketing the chapter with social
media and in person methods. I aided in the rebranding of our chapter
and participated in many leadership workshops and seminars. I create
marketing strategies and execute them on different platforms.
ENMU Athletics, SAAC Representative Aug 2013 – Dec 2014
I represented the volleyball team on the Student Athlete Advisory
Committee which is an NCAA organization comprised of representatives
from each sport. I spoke on behalf of the teams interested and shared
their opinions on matters. I voted on NCAA rules and guidelines and
worked with the Athletic Director and Athletic Marketing Director.
Awards I have been selected to attend the Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership
Institute of Chi Omega in February 2016. This is a prestigious institute
and only 12 Chi Omega Collegians are selected to attend. This year’s
theme is resilient leadership.
